We come to you and flip the model of traditional Diversity and Inclusion training. Through interactive learning experiences, Consciously Unbiased engages participants in emotion-evoking exercises designed to build empathy, explore uncomfortable topics, and catalyze habit-changing behavior. We can help you uncover implicit biases and their impact on culture and business performance, or zero in on a defined topic or challenge.
When addressing a specific issue, we start by building an honest accounting of the “current state” through group interactions, workshops, and targeted 1:1 interviews. Against this baseline, we work with you to envision a “future state” with defined success metrics. The path from current to future leverages our Consciously Unbiased toolkit of emotion-evoking practices.
